Sponsorship Opportunities

Putting on an event of this magnitude is not without cost. The more we have to spend for necessary items, the less we have available to get out into the community where it is needed most. We still rely heavily on our corporate friends to help us meet our objectives. If you operate a business and would like to assist us either financially or via an in-kind donation, we would very much appreciate it.

2009 Sponsorship Packages

  1. Event Program: we we will be printing 5,000 Programs in 2009. These programs will be strategically placed in area businesses, handed out at local community events, and offered free of charge to prospective guests of our event. The Program will include information about our event, as well as about our history. It will be produced annually. We are currently selling advertising space in the Program. Print Deadline is June 15th, 2009. Please email for pricing of ads and ad spec sheet. Event Sponsors below will have their logo placed in the program.
  2. Website Advertising: between August and October of 2008, we had over 1600 people visit our website for information. This year we anticipate double that amount. Each year will continue to grow. We are offering prime advertising spaces on our website for lease annually. Ad rates are as follows:Clickable Banner Ad on the sponsors page ONLY: $50 per year; Clickable Banner Ad displayed on EVERY page of the site: $100 per year. Note: Sponsors below receive a complimetary banner ad, either on the sponsors page or ALL pages, depending on the level of sponsorship.
  3. General Sponsorship Opportunities
     
    • Entry Level Sponsor: $100-$249 (includes a clickable banner ad on the sponsors page of our website, your logo in the event program, as well as 2 complimentary event tickets)

    • Intermediate Sponsor: $250-$499 (includes a clickable banner ad on the sponsors page of our website; your logo in the program, as well as 4 complimentary event tickets) 

    • Headline Sponsor: $500-$999 (includes a clickable banner ad on ALL website pages, your logo in the program, as well as 6 complimentary event tickets and an invite to our Appreciation Gore B Q on June 13th in Ennismore) 

    • Presenting Sponsor: over $1,000 (includes a clickable banner ad on ALL website pages, your logo on the front cover of the program, as well as 10 complimentary event tickets, and an invitation to our Appreciation Gore B Q on June 13th in Ennismore. Also, Presenting Sponsors will be recognized as such in all media releases we do about the October shows.)

  4. Specialized Sponsorship
    • Admission Ticket Sponsorship: $175-$525We plan to print three sets of 500 event tickets in 2009. A coupon or discount would ensure that our guests will take the ticket home with them, and increases the opportunity that our customers will visit your place of business.

    • Bowling Event Sponsorship:
      • Table Sponsorship: $50

      • Lane Sponsorship: $100-we will put your banner or sign over a bowling lane. You provide the banner or sign.

      • Presenting Sponsorship: $250 (SOLD to Roto Spa Hot Tubs in Lakefield)- only 1 such sponsorships will be available to ensure your prominent visibility

      • Silent Auction Prize Table: $??- you provide an item that can be auctioned off, and we will place it on the auction table along with one of your business cards AND include a text-only mention of your company on the silent auction sponsorship sign which we provide and will hang in the auction area.

    • Advertising Sponsorship: We are currently negotiating the production of a promotional video that will be streamed live on our website, used for television spots, and a modified one to be shown in the queue line at our event. We are seeking a limited number of advertisers to purchase ad space during these infomercials OR to sponsor the broadcast of the video on CHEX TV.
